Now I'm just a working chap

I fix things around this place

But if it could happen to anyone why does it always happen to me?

If you want some painting done
Look no further I'm your man
With hammer and nails and screwdriver too
I can fix anything for you

(Well, nearly anything, I have the odd accident though
In fact I have more accidents than anybody I know.)

(Of course there was that business round at Roland Crust's
How was I to know I was screwing into a water pipe?
